Disapointed : General & Trouble Shooting

I paid for premium and when i download XUnleashed. It loads then I get a message needs window script debugger. This should be added to download so a braindead guy like m doesn't have to ask himself wtf. then it says my xleashed download is un registered. (should be free based on premium membership) So I click the credit card icon to pay another $24.95 only to find out that it sends me to non funtional page that causes me to say outloud in the privacy of my computer room "wtf".

So What am I to do? I have a double masters in management and one of them is Computer Resource Management. I would think you computer geeks need to get with a management geek and a typical housewife geek to make a download for general braindead usage and one for computer literates. Send me the braindead version. email me with concise directions other than read 10,000 faq files on God knows how many different subjects. Lost in translation signing out.

Umm.. XUnleashed does come with your membership.. You just enter your forum name/pass and BAM.. it loggs you in.
