 I payed for premium member ship : General & Trouble Shooting

I payed for premium membership, about 3 days ago and it worked up until today now it says im not a premium member anymore? Can any admins help me out here i didnt even get a pm on why i wouldnt or something i havent even posted yet...

all you need to do is pm me your subscirption id and you will get the name of the account associated with it.

im positive this is my account because I just looked at my email and i still have the email were i payed, the email i used to sign up and the email of the paypal account im currently using is different, I dont know if that matters or not...
