need help with XUnleashed : General & Trouble Shooting

ok. so i've become a premium member. i've tried rgeistering in Xunleashed. but it kept syaing that "security/license has been changed" and now it don't work. and for me to "verify registration" hello, i already have. so, any reasons as to why this is happening?

Sent to the techs odd error you are getting. Have you tried rebooting and locking your keys?
