No subscription but I'm being charged. : General & Trouble Shooting

I need an admin to please message me. I got an email from PayPal saying I've been charged for a premium 1 year subscription. I previously cancelled the subscription I did have. Checking the site here shows I don't have an active subscription even though I was charged for it and I haven't had an active subscription in a couple years.

I was originally told to file a PayPal dispute and I did on July 5th, at the same time I PMed back that I had done so. I sent another PM on the 19th as I received an email from PayPal that the dispute would automatically be closed on the 22nd due to timing out. Nothing was ever done with the dispute so it did timeout and I sent a third PM the day after, on the 23rd, at the same time that I posted my last message here on this thread.
EDIT: Also I'd like to point out that because the dispute closed I cannot open another dispute.

No worries valcan ill refund you. I told you originally i believe to email me once you make the dispute. Its just for the record. Anyways youll be getting your refund later today. Any problems just email me . Locking this post as your problem is fixed.
