I paid for an account that I'm currently unable to use. If the fact that this is getting cross posted bothers someone there, good ... try putting a tech support email somewhere on the website and maybe people will use that instead of broadcasting their issues to everyone.
I purchased 2 accounts. 1 works (the login for dethbcomsu works). The Second account I purchased doesn't work.
If you log in to see your subscription, you're given the option to add another subscription. I did that because I purchased another account for a friend. I was never given the option of chosing a second login for this subscription, never emailed anything for the second purchase. All I have is 2 paypal deductions of 24.95 and 1 account.
I'd either like ...
1) To be emailed how to get a second account functional for the second account paid for, or
2) If someone could post an actual email here of someone who is supposed to be tech support that I can email, that would be nice too.
