Paid but only basic membership : General & Trouble Shooting

I joined several months ago and everything was fine. Now when I try to log on it only shows a basic membership. I'd like to be able to get back into the forums I was in before...

So I sent my information and was asked for my paypal reciept. Apparently nobody here keeps track of their members. I hope it doesn't take a month to get my account (THAT I PAYED FOR) converted back to premium. Noticed I still havn't had a response on this forum.

I payed going on 3 days ago now and msged right after I didn't receive premium. You need to fix the system that way people don't have to read on your forums how to sign up for premium before signing up. Upgrading the account would seem to work correctly but creating an account while paying seems to be the problem that I can tell that most people are having.

Really i normally get people asap. Actually the system is great. What happens at times is people hit paid a few times thinking it will speed things up :-p. What that does is puts on the security. Which then will stop the automatic movement. If you pm me its done in a day usually. If it takes longer we compensate with extra time .

might be that some info gets lost when changing between paypal and the site dunno anyway... i did pm you just waiting for the fix:)

Figured I'd do the right thing and nullify my grousing. My account is back to premium. Guess I should learn a touch of patience.

well mine isn't fixed as of yet but its sorta my fault of not providing the correct information the first time but he only checks pms a max of once a day it seems cause i immediately replied to the pm and a day later still no reply or fix

No i check them constantly. Just the fact is i get LOTS of pms. I take them in order to when i get them. Sorry cant play favorites and it gets fixed as fast as we can

heh maybe setup another account and have account support sent to that heh that way you can get accounts taken care of faster still waiting to here back though

I payed for 2 thought i hit someithing wrong the first time and didnt check mail and now i have paid 50 bucks and still no Premium. I hope this gets fixed next time an administrator is on><

Your accounts should be fixed. Nightmare if you made a mistake and paid twice via paypal just tell me in a private msg the email for your paypal and we can refund one of them for you. Simple mistake that we can fix quickly
