Trouble with the plugins : General & Trouble Shooting

I am having alot of trouble with the plugins. Most of them won't even update or work. I can't even get the Radar for FFXI. It also crashes my ffxi now. Here is my Log.

I've tried everything with this and i still can't get it to work. Any help would be appreciated.
