Yes, I find myself in the same situation as many have previously here...unable to log into the premium account holders area.
I have paid and sent a PM to admin and still I wait, and wait, and wait and maybe somebody will wake up and realise you have a problem here! Just take a look at all the posts of people who have payed and have been unable to gain access.
Lets see how long this takes to sort, in the sticky it says you should only have to wait 1 hour, sofar it has been 47 hours.

Seems to be the norm here, even Admin can't be bothered to reply to PM's.
Hope I don't have the same problem trying to cancel before the 7 days are up. I shall give them 2 more days before I contact their isp.

We have a bunch of people who help. Actually it can take up to 3 days for replies. Its the holidays going to have to have some patience. Normally things are asap but when people hit a button multiple times or do something they arent suppose to we need to fix it.
