XU runs, but will not control EQ2 : General & Trouble Shooting

Hello,

I have a pc that XU used to work on and now does not. I have changed resolutions, reinstalled, etc. I do not really know what to do next to get it to work. I will post my log file and maybe someone will see what the problem is. Thanks in advance for any help.
