Well WoW is the leading MMORPG atm , so ofc, Middle Eart copied it, now UO does :< stick with the old graphs!!!

UO copied WoW? I hope that's not what you meant, because the new client is nothing like the WoW engine
Sure it has hotbars, but those have been around long before any of the modern day MMOs
