Here's just a small sample of what you will find in this thread:

Q: Are all the banks the same?

A: No, there are 3 separate banking systems, one on each continent (Thestra, Qalia, and Kojan). You can access any of your items placed in any bank on that continent, but you can not access items placed in a Kojani bank from a bank in Thestra. This in effect will also give you 3 times "extra storage" as using 1 bank alone, but you will have to do some traveling (see above) to reclaim items on other continents.

Q: How do I travel to another continent?

A: Find the dockmasters in Khal (Qalia), Tawar Galan (Kojan), or New Targonor (Thestra). Dockmasters there will allow you to travel between 3 continents back & forth, no charge. If you happen to be in Ahgram, Ahgram has a dockmaster that takes you to Khal by the way.

Q: Diplomacy and starting racial areas

A: If you play a character that travels out of their starting racial area to play with others elsewhere, make sure you talk to the Diplomacy trainer in your home town before journeying far away. You can practice Diplomacy anywhere, but you need to start the process in your starting racial area.
