Elron lvl 15 wanders from three rivers to the gypsy camp south of the fallen star lake. nice drop+a quest item(his head). easy to solo with a 16cl, or with a lvl 15 group. just talk to him and keep picking the insulting responses. decent sword drop and a awesome chestpeice for casters lvl 10-20 imo...
