Lucent Medals ??? How ? : Vanguard Discussion

I grouped with a bunch of people saturday who had none, none as in they were doing the second tier of factioning for lucent. Come yesterday morning the entire group of them was full of lucent jewelry..............

I know before you could gank them like candy, I asked them and their response was "special farming"

The current way to get these is retardedly long.

Anyone know a better way to farm lucent medals ?

The quest is now easily 1 groupable since they set the timer to 3 minutes on the spawn. Each quest gives 7 medals = full set of lucent if you do this for several hours.

edit: BTW, the lucent medals quest to get the lucent gear has nothing to do with faction work. You do not need faction to do the quest. Only 1 person needs faction to start the event.
