 Quest Help : Vanguard Discussion

Being that Vanguard lacks any good quest databases with actual helpful info-im wondering if any of you guys might be able to help me.
The quest "Atonement" which starts from the emisarries in flordiel, gorgolok and the itchtaka(have no idea how to spell that lol).
I have to get the "ahnk of the fungus king" but i have no idea where it is. Its a level 45 group quest. Any help would be great-thanks-
