Stalker God exploit/guide : City of Heroes - Submissions

I played a n1nja blade/ Supa Reflexes stalker and whenever I went to gank anything I could never finish hem off, they would fly away!
I couldn't 1 hit them, because of some weird game mechanics, so I needed range....

Needed enchantments to get and where:
Assasain's *whatever*- 6 slots filled by 3-4 damage 2-3 accuracy
Build Up- 4 slots filled by 2 recharge time 2 accuracy
Placate- 5-6 slots filled by 3 accuracy 2-3 recharge
Focus/Imapale- 6 slots filled by 2 accuracy 2 ranged 2 damage

Who to avoid:
-Anyone with stuff to see the invisible.
-Bosses (Unless you BU->A*whatever*->Placate-> A*whatever*)
-Brutes (Unless you Damage Inspiration->BU->A*whatever*->Placate-> Damage Inspiration-> A*whatever*)

Tactic:
BU-> Assasain's *whatever*-> Impale/Focus
