I am new in this game, I don't know which race is the easiest to rise the level, and which race is the eastiest to make money.

what realm are you?
afaik all races get same xp if they kill the same mobs. but if you mean classes, then alb would be a necro i think, for mid maybe a bonedancer and i dont know about hib

fer mid definitely spiritmaster (i is a mid and a spiritmaster ... much boom boom and great for farmin seals in DF)
