How do people macro a /face and cast on one button??

You don't, the reason it may seem like that is because when YOU go out and RvR you tend to get your butt handed to you by that hib caster right? heres the deal, when you have autorun on and you a panning your camera around and you spot that fool behind you sprinting tying to catch you w/o being seen, you slow a bit and let him get within range of a spell, when you hit /face you automatically stop and face your target, guess what you get to do a milisecond after you hit /face? Stun NukeX3 ftw.
So all it really is, is someone who can click 2 buttons, or hit 2 buttons consecutively quickly i.e. /macro FACE /face, /qbind shift P Prismatic Flash.

in most cases it probably is quick reflexes and q binds but u can also do it by using macro keyboards.
