ARG, atleast TRY to scan the forums.
This was just answered a day ago.
Yes for USTA, and USCAT. I should have EURO and ITAL up tonight.

I was referring to the plugin for XU. I haven't played DAOC in a year and it's not like i can just PM a CSr in game to ask for radar advice

The plugin version of the radar will NEVER be updated.
The standalone version of the radar is the only one in development.
