The Pre-Order structure is being hammered beyond any possible expectation. There's an impossible number of connections per second even now. We are seeing 20 times the traffic estimated. Our web servers are able to handle quite a bit of load, even so, they are currently taxed to their limits. This wasn't anything we could have reasonably anticipated.

We're looking into the reported UK error and we'll open up again.

We'll extend your lead time but I don't know how helpful that's going to be with the link having leaked. We expected it to be leaked, however, we didn't expect there would be such a response in the first place.

We've already started working on upgrading web server capacity yet again to be able to handle a launch rush should it be anything like this.

We apologize but we're doing everything we can.

Post issues in here, we will try to deal with them as they appear. Please refrain from starting new threads about this and only post relevant issues.

We WILL try to accommodate the beta testers somehow, but that cannot be done tonight.

Just keep at it, and let the page finsih downloading before you refresh. I suggest watching a movie (or 2) in a window while you watch the page status bar as it is loading.

Took 3 and half hours for my first account, got two other accounts registered but cant make payment with them yet(website so painfully slow).

Hope to have the other two accounts done tonight before all the slots dissapear.

LOL is all i ahve to say to that. I dont really understand whats the rush. Its going to be an online game so no need to do anything. When the game first comes out its going to be down for a day or 2 due to the rush of people. And by then the joining part will be fixed so everyone can get in on this.

Rush is that there are a limited amount of copies at release, were all keen to play from day one and god only knows how long aventurine will take to let people who didnt preorder in :/

Worried for my friends who dont have the 'will' to sit and refresh a broken website for 6 hours....so i registered 4 accounts myself....wewt

I have been trying all day, i have my account made but cant ever get the page to buy to come up. Now the site on every page including the login one comes up with the 403 Forbidden error.

try using firefox.
