Using twisted abilities on TRs : DDO Submissions

It has been working for over a year but was posted to have a fix very soon by devs (October `13 maybe?).

All you do is TR on a character with twistable abilities...
1) TR while not using the Epic Destiny that has abilities you want to twist.
2) Twist in any ability not in your current active Epic Destiny.

It REALLY trivializes low end content. Level 1-10s can solo zones as fast as they can run. It helps at level 11-19 as well.
