vile alchemist : DDO Submissions

poisoned shot from vile chemist doesnt work while moving with inquis duel shooting, but it shoots 3 times if standing still for some reason with basically no animation, so it can be used as a free 3 attack + animation rest (with +30% damage) for crazy dps
