Thank you. My application is to allow the user to register at PayPal. The GUI is similar to the taskbar.
Well, I have tried to download it and I could not. Can you tell me how to download them. Also additional information perhaps.

Still a little confused. Everybody that uses XU, already has a paypal account, because that is how subscriptions are purchased. However, to answer your question, you download XUnleashed.exe, let it patch, then run one of the plugin install links.

Okay, i got it. is it possible to download it as a stand alone .exe for the plugin?

No, plugins cannot be run as stand alone applications. They are by nature plugins that are processed through the XUnleashed client.

So that means that if I want my client to have the window over his DirectX application, he needs to download the plugin from XU, right?

Paypal does accept international clients. There is a checkbox/reg area for international clients.
