Detecting Cloaked Ships : EVE Online Submissions

Its possible to detect a cloaked ship, I stumbled on to this the other day. If you add remove or add something to the overview (I did it with a stargate), and there is a cloaked ship in the area, for a split second you can see them in the overview and then it is removed.

Unable to verify, may be due to variances in lag. May work for some and not others.

I will check this out tonight.

It is more likely that you saw the instance where gate cloaked ship activates cloaking mod. There is a split second that it shows the icon

Hmm. Sorry mate. Me an my corp mate tried fo hours on end to get this to work (we're currently being harassed by some cloaked ships).

Couldn't get anything to show up at all for any amount of time. Look like bildur1 might have been on to something, you probably just saw a vessle that was in the midst of activating it's cloak.

NAY
