Can't send PM / Contact the Admin : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I can't send a PM to Admin which is online atm because I can't login because my account that I paid for on Friday still has no access. Mr. Admin can you fix my account please...

The forum access is not restricted to only paying customers.

Anybody can access and view the forums.

If you forgot your forum account info, create a new forum account (using the free basic membership) and send me a PM with your details on the info that you signed up with.

Nope didn't forget the forum info. I wrote it down here when I filled out the form. But it still will not let me login. Plus I am a paying customer well since you got my money I would think I am.. So your wanting me to reregister?

It said you have no active subscription. I also tried to use "forgot password" option and it says my email address is invalid. I send all my info. that I got from you guys after completing PayPal to the contact email on the receipt.

If you can't get this fixed today I will prob. just reverse charges on PayPal and go to Tault and buy theirs. Even though you guys are merging their stuff seems to be working from what my friend said.

From the sounds of it, I would probably suggest you do just that. It sounds like you were not really interested in what XU has to offer, but rather another website.

Well wyvernx my friend bought the tault one and I was going to get this one so we could determine which had the best features that worked best for us however it is hard to compare when you can't get any support from here or responce for 5 days from anyone and is very frustrating when you have already paid for it. $25 is a drop in the bucket money wise but I am not one for giving away money when I am expecting something in return.

Sure I am interested in what XU has to offer but when do I get to see it is my question, is there a min 1 month waiting period after you pay for it before you can gain access to premium membership stuff?
