Crafter not launching with eq2 launch : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

I push play and it launches eq2 but doesnt' launch the crafter program. I have rebooted and reinstalled the program and the crafter. I have hook1 and hook 2 eq2.exe
and the plugin is there
please help

1. DO NOT CHANGE THE DEFAULT SETTNIGS IN THE CONFIG TAB. Hook2 should NOT be eq2, but NotUsed instead.

2. Uncheck the TCPIP Packet sniffer plugin.

3. Set your config to DX9Test and see if you can get the crafter plugin up there first. -> Move mouse to bottom of window and pop up the XU Task bar.

K sry the hook 2 was notused, and the TCP was unchecked.
now, what do you mean by check your config, I went under the options button and I cannot find Dx9 anywhere. sry for the ignorance, just not super computer savy.

crafter does work in the Dx9 but not in eq2
what can I do, iI'm sure it something simple jsut dont' know what to do

I noticed that if i toggle fullscreen first ON then OFF and maximizes the window i get the bar at the end off page to appear, (don´t ask me why it works)after that everything went fine, so now at least i am up and running.

When i log into EQ2 my default setting is windowsmode and maximized.
