Everyday I've been agreeing with that mindset more.

I doubt that it will motivate anybody, but I think that my macro developing days are at an end unless the merger goes through soon. I just don't have time to develop an entire library of functions in VBScript to give me the functionality that I want. XU appears to have that functionality already, but for now that is not an option.

So there won't be any of your macros comming out until the merger? *cue the large macro drout (sp)*
Well, lets just hope that a someone comes along that could pump out a program to merge the databases.

Separate question: Tried clicking on the FTP link and it's not working. Where/how can I access the FTP? What is the FTP?

File Transfer Protocol, Use a FTP client like CuteFTP to access it I'm assuming. Not sure if it is still in use.

There is a PhP script out there.
I had a friend at some other MMOG site merge his communnity. It took about a day.
I guess it's a pretty sweet deal though, if it's owned by the same guy. They wouldn't want you to post macros over here, because it competes with that honeypot.
People have to pay double for both. Why would they ever want to change it? They are getting some of our money 2X.

As was said before though, both boards are heavily modified.
