need rares : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

is there some kind of bot macro program that will make rares drop from mining traping gathering etc.. please i need lots of ebon and silver and all those rares lol

a bot isnt for going to make rares drop. wrong type of prog. and to answer your question, no there is no prog that will make rares drop. thats server side. youd have to hack in and change code. thats not gonna happen. the closes you would get is a "radar" prog that would tell you where stuff is, but i think even with a sniffer, you arent able to sniff whats in the nodes. at least not yet. and if someone did come up with a way, they wouldnt put it on tault. theyd sell it for themselves or most likely, keep it secret, use it, and sell the rares and such for real money.

I've spent a good deal of time looking at exactly what your talking about. The answer is no. The nodes don't show any info about what they contain- its generated serverside, presumably at the time you harvest- at any rate, you don't get that data clientside until you sucessfuly harvest.
