Im a new premium member and I basically need a rundown on how do activate and use macros...Thanks alot in advance.

Which macro's in perticular? Also you should try reading their readme files, most are as simple as running marco then the game then just pushing the right hotkeys.

I think your having trouble understanding the concept of a macro so this is what one is:
A macro is a simple program that once run, can perform a set of instructions recorded by someone. In other words, you can say automate mining in runescape. You get the program to record you moving your mouse over the rock, then clicking mine. Then you can loop that and leave it going over night. You wake up the next morning and tada your 20 levels higher in mining.

Your best to probably go ask someone how to use a specific macro since every one can be a bit different to use.
