Does anyone know where to find "High Chieftain Grexx" in a tree house? Supposedly east of the abandoned village, but, I can't find it anywhere? Help!!!!

It's the big tree. He stands around with all the other goblins up there. They are all NPC's and non-aggro so you should have no trouble.
