SoE must've heard the tradeskill Outcry! : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Well, well, well... if anyone paid attention to the little message while EQ2 scanned the files, there was a note talking about how they've set up the merchants to buy back crafted items at the price it costs to buy the raw materials, provided you don't buy them from other players.

I suppose they realized how tradeskillers weren't tradeskilling anymore while loosing money, so they gave them a break and let them break even while gaining exp.

Can we say "Get it while it lasts?"

Hell, even I'm gonna take advantage of this and use that 50 Provisioner guide posted.

I wouldn't worry too much about them taking it back, they don't just plop in changes to economy without testing it, thats what the testing server is for. So use it to your hearts content!

Funny you should say that, naz - there was a HUGE exploit with this when it came out. Same day nerf or I would have posted it. I'll post it into the Exploits discussion forum, as there still may be something we can do with it =)
