Anyone have a good place for items that will transmute to Phantom Powder?
It would be nice to be able to kill a triggered mob over and over in the level range of 20 to 30 if anyone has any ideas or have found one.

Go and farm FG. Also the heroic bears in east Nek drop chests regularly. And the mobs around Bone lake.
