Too dark in windowed mode : FFXI General Discussions

I just regestered and starting to use the program, the windowed mode is too dark just when i use azarils windower. How can I change it to brigher like the azaril which i can just change the gamma number?

Please please help

Also my Ps2 controller adaptor isn't working anymore ......

The Ctrl-int-1 doesn't bring up anything..... I tried setting the keybord to compact and i couldn't type anymore...

use azaril's windower. 3.0+ has a game gamma feature where you can increase the windows game gamma with game_gamma 51-100. standard is at 50 and there is a bind which you can toggle your gamma 10 which is good if you dont need the brightness all the time. also the window is moveable and new features are hopefully coming out soon

But neither XUFish nor CTS support azaril's windower so don't you dare complain about them working if you use the windower.

Thanks for the link, but the gamma still a bit off to the azrils windower or normal gaming, is there a way to customize the gamma instead of the set 50%, 75%, 100%?

It's straining my eyes after 10 min of playing ><

If you go to the .ini file, open it with note pad. you can set it to change to 60- 80. my initial is set to 60 and go up to 80. all you do is prees (F11) to change it. worked for me. but if you read the read me files it tells you how to change the gamma on it.
