I would agree that this is a scam , if i lose my account upon the use of this program.
However, wouldn't it be more illogical that you are the only one out of the hundreds who got scammed?
maybe you can post a more detailed version of the problem you encountered, and see what we can do about it.
Possible causes of your problem.:
-you told someone else your password.
-you downloaded too much hacking programs and one of them had key logger in it.
-etc.
