So I left Titan HM about 3 hours ago, set up a bot and did homework. Finished my homework and came back to the game. Turned off the bot and saw that I still had 14 min. left on my duty finder lockout. It appears that the duty finder lockout only counts down when logged out or the game is front screen on PC. Does this mean the duty lock out is client side? If it is client side, could a program be written to make the lockout 0 minutes?

I Know this may sound stupid but you can try moving your desktop clock forward by 15 minutes, if i remember correctly, Diablo 3 had an exploit which worked by manipulating the desktop time!!!

Just an update on my own suggestions, did some testing myself, it seems that if you change the System/Desktop time by moving it forward you get an Instant Disconnect from the server, HOWEVER, moving the time backwards does nothing.
Both had no effect on the 15m Lockout on Instances!
