Location: There are 2 brothers. They are both twins. They are both born on the same day.

On the level Crow's Nest, at the beginning, go to the other side of the room where the green door is. Jump onto the metal shelf.

Turn to the right and jump up onto the pipes. Keep walking on the pipes until you reach the end, there should be a skull, pick it up.

There you go, the Black Eye skull.
