Halo 3 Skull : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

On the level The Covenant, shut down Tower 1 and get access to the Hornet. Fly to Tower 2 (which is the one that the Arbiter shut down).

Go up the stairs. Go to the middle part that connects both. There should be a stairway that leads up to a platform where the skull is found.

Pick up the skull and there you go, The Thunderstorm skull.
