1) Be a hacker loadout
2) You can max out your viral resistance by loading the top abilities on the sister trees.
Example
1) Be an Arbalist.
2) Go back to Virologist tree.
3) Load the first ability in the Network Hacker / Pathogenist trees.
4) Get 100-400 Viral Resistance Boost.

this is not an exploit, it's a strategy, also it's not Viral resistance it Viral Deflection.
