1) Enhanced Rifles and Rifles are bugged.
2) Thier additional dmg doesnt function correctly and happens at once.
3) So instead of for example 10 dmg every second for 5 seconds it will all hit the person at once.
4) Very deadly in the game and does far more dmg than it should.
