We’re live with 1.2.67.0. There may be a handful of people that started to download this morning’s patch before SOE had actually completed the updating process. This may have introduced complications that will prevent you from launching Pirates of the Burning Sea.

If you are experiencing issues with launching the game, such as being unable to see a server list upon launch or being unable to launch altogether, performing a full scan via the PotBS LaunchPad has been found to correct these issues. You will find instructions on how to run a full scan by visiting answer 284 in our Support Knowledge Base.

Known Issues:

* If you have a fallback ship and you try to scuttle a different ship, the fallback ship will be scuttled. We recommend against using Scuttle Ship if you own a fallback ship.

Tip of the day: Logging separate reports for each problem found helps us process them more quickly. Including multiple bug reports in the same bug slows us down and makes it more likely we’ll miss something in your report.
