pre-order/special edition pets, emotes, and purples! : FPS / MMORPG / RTS Discussion

At about level 20 or so, go to the hydro plant in divide when it is controlled by bane, jump over the wall from the hillside onto the platform near the medical center and start killing some bane. Anytime you get overwhelmed or swarmed etc just hop back onto the medical center via the stairs right there. At about 100 kills the bane start dropping loot like fireworks, firecrackers, unicorn masks, pre-order companion token, /rave emote token(all the special emote tokens), purple weapons for levels 12-15, etc, etc.

I think it may be a glitch that comes with forcing respawns in the area without taking down the forcefield and activating the "base being assaulted actions" from the bane as you can stand on the medical center and kill them without getting a reaction half the time. However the hell it works its awesome as hell and a great way to get money from selling rare crap that no one else can get ahold of. I have 1 of each pre-order pet and about 400 assault tokens right now and I am still farming the hell out of it. Get it while you can!

Did a little testing, after roughly 30 min and 500+ assault tokens, i got Zero special items, zero emotes, zero purples, One Blue, some greens and some white items... also lots of crafting recipes.

Sure, Hydro is a damn swell place to farm for Tokens, Easy access from Foxtrot, 4 Divide Zones to choose from, and the medic-roof-top works because of the lacking pathfinding AI currently. BUT I cannot see how you find all thoes "sweet items" just by farming CP bases.

I havent been able to duplicate it on any of my clones either which is a damned shame because I like the pets, lol. However, on the one character that origionally had it happen I still get frequent purples after about 100 kills. I dont know how and I dont know why, thought I could figure out how to replicate it but I cant.... it just works on that guy, lol.
