Our friends over at Casters Realm had a chance to talk with Richard Garriott recently about his time as Lord British, and his transformation into General British. Here's a peek.

CR: ... Are there plans to do “epic” events with participation from yourself and other members of the dev team? Will “General British” address his army? If so is there anything we can look forward to?

RG: I’m a big believer that getting the development team in the game is a good thing. Some people debate this but I think it is important for the developers to be seen in the game. Yes, we will have events for the community. Some will be more involved than others, but we plan to keep the community and dev team involved with each other.
