So the time has finally come. We are going through with taking down people that steal info. We arent here to be jerks and stop people from finding information but we have interests to protect. We do have people paid to create guides and other things for us, and when those people steal from us they make it very hard to give the profits to people that deserve them.
Keep in mind having your server hosted in another country doesnt do anything we arent suing the company we are suing the person. There are a bunch of sites that think something isnt happening but we have been actually going about having our lawyers gather information. Now we have allowed minors to shut down thier sites and change information. Keep in mind if you havent changed your site by now and still have stolen information YOU WILL HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER TO REPERSENT YOURSELF.
After the civil suites are over we can post names of sites and if legally possible we can post the amounts they had to settle for. This is something we take seriously.
We are giving sites a chance to actually message us and we can tell them the recourse they must do in order to avoid a civil suite. You can private message me on the forums or email us at payment@tault.com
Here are sites that have complied for an example of what happens if you steal information.

Yea its going to be fun for some larger companies when they get a summons for a civil lawsuit with a high amount.

lolzors...Yeah...I'd be interested in the seeing all the sites. Coiuld you sue for all their content/Control of their website:)...Maybe we could legally glean some of their information:) IF they have any ORIGINAL content:)

We could sue for control but we arent after that. Some sites we are giving them the choice of shutting down fully or being taking to court. 2 larger sites we are actually just going to take to court without any chance of a deal being made.

Actually rabidsoccerball we do the following. We send them a DMCA. After 72 hours if they dont take down the items we ask them to then we proceed with legal actions. PS another site was added to the top for taking information from us.
