my dear administrators, i know that in order to get a premium membership is to subscribe and pay you in order for the site work functionally but then the problem is my currency is in peso not in dollars, or so i have to sign up a credit card or to convert my cash (peso) into bucks (dollars). so i might also just enjoy this free account. when i have my card i will be surely join premium account. thanks and more power.

you can also become a premium member for free if you submit something useful (as deemed by the community)

And i would think paypal does auto transferring of pesos.
