Question about upgrading to premium account : General Discussion

Hello I'm new here and I've decided i want to upgrade to premium to access to more content. however i got quite suprised when it was not possible to pay via paypal. only direct payment this solution don't work for me. so is it possible to buy 1 year membership with paypal credit without direct payment from credit card? i only have debit.
