hahah how ironic I had made a few diffrent versions and one of them was already neg, but i dont mind at all and you dont have to post my name if you dont want to, also I like how you used a smear effect on the edges

Either of you want to help me design a frame for my VB projects? The default is quite boring and unoriginal.

It doesn't have to be anything extravagent, just a general border, and some rough edges that will show off the transparency. The internals of the frame should be black or something dark.
Won't surprise me if there's no takers, a bit of a project X_x; Thanks for any help guys.
