I registered one week ago today and still have zero responses from email and PM. Is this a regular issue?

More of a "my email service sucks" issue. So it happens for each person with a crap email box.

I have 2 active keys but lost premium forum access after my renewal. I have sent several PM over the last 8 days but am not sure that admin recieved them. When I send a PM to admin it just goes into the Outbox. When I send one to myself it ends up in the Sentbox. Is this how it is supposed to work?

A PM remains in the Outbox until it's read by the recipient.
