and since when ur a higher lvl u have a ton more experience
5% out of ur exp is a ton more then if u were a low level

um im not completely sure the exact number but its like
a jump from
50% to 40% and when ur that high lvl thats alot
|

if u hav 50% experience
ull lose experience to go down to like 40%
