The prices on these items will be changed as followed.

Seal Tool = 10,000 Gold
Unseal Tool = 15,000 Gold
Latch = 20,000 Gold
For those who might not know what these items are used for here are there discriptions.
Seal Tool - Used to lock your items with a password to prevent them from being traded, sold, or upgraded without entering the password in first.
Unseal Tool - Used to unlock your items. (No longer requires a password to trade, sell, or upgrade.)
Latch - Used to lock your storage. (Requires player to enter in a password to access storage)
