Burning skeletons drop +9 accessories. They're found deep down in the abyss dungeon. For the drop rate, i think lvl its not relevant.

for me it takes about 2-3 sword dance moves to kill. They're not hard but i would warn you of running into a group of them, cus they can do quite alot of damage.

reapers on the 14th florr in the abyss drops +9 crap like CRAZYYYYYYY. only probelm is hard to solo and hit harder then urkai trons.

+8 wood staffs are dropped by the wolfs any wolf really but the drop them the most

Burning skellys can drop +9 accesorys. I honestly don't know if anything drops +9 weapons. And burning skellys are fairly easy as long as your above level 45 or so.

collect many +8 woodstaff / slittetos then go moradon upgrade to +9 lol
try 20 +8, maybe u get 1 +9.
