About Assasins : KO Discussion

Is it me or are assasins just way too over powered, i mean apart from the lvl 60 skill that inflicts 600% damage theres also that irriratating sliding, that in my opinion is an exploited bug and that isn't going to be corrected anytime soon, oh and assasins also walk around invisible which is another advantage when they strike you with the Really fast 2 handed daggers that they carry around.

The most damage I ever recieved in 1 hit unbuffed was 986 damage from 1 hit. hmmm aint that sweet.

I Dont think we are overpowered, i mean, stealth is pretty good and the lvl 55 skill (600%) is ok, but archers can do 300 dmg+ at level 35 (i tried killing one) with tripleshot. Also, 600% skill has a slow coolrate and shadow hunter has none -.-. Plus an archer with cat eye can esily take down an assasin before he gets to him. And archers can snipe down a party before they realize where the shots are coming from (Personal experience here)

I heard that a battle priest could go 1v1 agains an assasin (Dont know how). BTW guess what, i just blew up a mirage dagger+1+psn with a normal upgrade scroll to getting it to +2 (life is unfair)

hell no, if ure a good assasin all u have to do is run sideways and easily avoid the shots, and that damn sliding.

anyway i broke 3 iron x bows going from +5 to +6 using bless scrolls.
made 2 +6 iron xbows with normal scrolls.

(life is unfair)

i upgraded a kukry to +5 from +1 with cursed upgrade scrolls(it lived). I also got a priest pauldron from +1 to +8 before it died.

oh ya, i killed a lvl 58 assasin with a lvl 55 priest. How?
i was wearing full +2 chitin, with a kickasss weapon. also im a buff+holy priest, i buffed myself, fried his mana using -960mana, and beat the poop out of him. I used 3 water of favors

this works on mages to-- kill the mana

how do u get a +5 with cursed? that is impossible...
i have tried 70+ cursed upgrade scrolls on bows (normal bow) and i cant get pass +4. And how can u get a +8?

And how can u get +6 with normal scrolls?

luck. Get 30 upgrades, and use on cheap items

theres almost always a pattern
then get more cheap stuff to use with pattern

Ohh? so there is a pattern in upgrading? and what is it?

I manage to use cursed scrolls and got a full plate to +5 but thats the max I could go with it.

Usually on good armors and weapons I use Normal upgrade scroll and is able to get it to +5, thought at times I just get rather unlucky.

i really dont know how a "Are assasins overpowered"forum turned into a "How to upgrade" one

1- use scrolls 1500hp and 300ac.
2- try to use one helmet with dagger defence

and... maybe you can survive...

Assassins are amazing vs. anything.. although they are nerfed in pvp compaired to monsters...

a mage wid def 150 takes less damage than a gobby wid def 250

its all about %. if i remember right it is 100% chance from +1 to +3 with BUS. then from there on ... pure luck i say

there are some downsides to being an assasin... like all of the equitment is priced too high and in the colony zone and wars having Great or OKAY equitment could mean the difference between winning and losing those national points. but ill admit assasins own overall in PVP.
